The human race evolved so that we would create plasic.

We didn't learn that in paleontology class.

But it makes sense now.

Just heard that 'plastic' was promoted as THE cover-all answer by Mrs Robinson's husband in The Graduate. He whispers it to Dustin Hoffman in a scene.
