Random Question: Does anyone know what the construction is about at the Idaho Falls Temple?

I see it on a regular basis and I cannot tell if it is landscaping, structural stability or what not. Just curious. Friends and I partied a couple blocks away recently and we thought the temple was still an awesome bowling trophy.
