What was your proudest moment? Question & video..

The diversity in Salt Lake City is amazing. Utah is rapidly changing. There were thousands at pride this year and the straights were out in full force supporting their LGBTQ family and friends. It was beautiful. I know some of the folks in this beautiful little video and I think it's a great question to ask.

What is your proudest moment?

Mine was when I was arrested for non-violent civil disobedience protesting the destruction of drinking water by mega-corporations.

When I handed the Stake President my resignation letter and said "As of your reciept of this letter I am legaly no longer a member of the LDS Church". It was hard for all in the room at the time execpt me.

(I was however pretty proud to be a dad)
