It looks like it got the first 2.

Could someone on the east coast update us please. It's delayed out here in the west.

The missionary was singing about what he believed. "A Mormon just believes..."

The song mentioned Jews coming in boats, Kolob, Garden of Eden in Missouri, and a few other goofy things. The audience roared.

OMG, if I were Mormon, I would be cringing with embarrassment. I would be miffed they "misinterpreted" things to make Mormons look crazy. After all, Mormons can't help it if everyone else just doesn't have as much truth as they do!

The girl who won the award for the female lead in BoM would not shut up during her acceptance speech. She was adorable. I'll bet she does a great job in the play.

That musical number was absolutely hysterical! The look on the other black actor's face when the "Elder" was singing about 1978 and Kolob was priceless! The Boyz' PR Dept. cannot deep down think this shows TSCC in a positive light. It does the opposite, bringing to light all the weird doctrines like my own planet, etc. I was cracking up. I have to see this!

whoops, you already said that.

Whoopee anyhow.

This is better bad publicity that the church even creates on it's own.

He said he saw a fight backstage.

It was between the cast of Sister Act (they just had a song with a bunch of nuns from that play) and the cast of the BoM.

Then he said, "Oh. My. Gods!" The crowd laughed at the dueling religions joke. Pretty cute.

Did you get the news that you can download the ENTIRE original cast recording at Amazon.com for only $1.99!!!! I've already done it and it took only five minutes or so.

BUT DON'T WAIT! The offer is good for only 24 hours.

Thanks for the heads up. Just downloaded it. Wish it was a little smoother with Macs. I'm liking the deals on Amazon, but find it way more effort than iTunes.

Trey Parker just thanked, "our co-writer who passed away.." and I was thinking, who passed away? He continued, "Joseph Smith, co-writer of the BoM...congratulations, Joseph, you got the Tony!"

LOL!

Some days you're the hydrant, some days you're the dog! Today TSCC was the hydrant.

He also thanked his deceased co-writer, Joseph Smith. "You got a Tony, Joseph!

Snork.

He said part of why he wrote it was because he always wanted a big Mormon family. Now he has that family.

I wonder what the 15 think about all this press?

I wonder how this will impact Romney and Huntsman?

The important thing is to get your name in the papers! (Or on TV or online or in Facebook.)

Bad publicity is good publicity, etc.

I don't think it'll do much to affect their chances, personally.

I would sooooo get my picture taken with them. For once, I wish they would show up (but they've dusted their shoes here, they won't)

Will they have a clue that they are suddenly a strange American iconic figure?

If they lose the white shirt/tie (yah, highly likely), it might help. The Grumpy Old Men have absolutely no clue. What a strange time to be a mishie. And "I Believe" was not "Anti." It was cool.
