Of Course...as a Nudist ... I would add the Fifth: Sunning!

a) I know of elders (age) who taught opposite of those, i.e. that they're WEREN'T ANY EXCEPTIONS

b) Isn't 'swimming' a sport? do they mention these separately so the list will be longer?

c) IF these are the 'last days'... don't The Faithful (tm) need to 'gird up loins' , 'put on all their protection' against Satan/his influences?

The WHOLE THING seem counter-intuitive, at least to me...

If you can get your followers to give you control over their britches then does it really matter how silly the rules are beyond that?

I always found them to be contradictory. I mean if you want us to breed more members don't you think that the girls garmentz should be super sexy? Oh wait but then the men might have dirty thoughts-you are supposed to just do the deed to plant the seed.
