This place is located in Bluffdale, UT and as you drive down Redwood Road, it can been seen, at least a portion of it. There's a simple driveway leading up to a gate and my brother, who lives in Bluffdale, told me once that they pay the UT Highway Patrol to have a manned HP car in the driveway at all times. The officers apparently love to volunteer for that since they get paid double time.

William Binney has committed no crime that I am aware of yet he has been swat teamed and harassed for taking a stand against unconstitutional practices by NSA. He was over 30 years with NSA and served at its highest levels. He resigned and sued the NSA when he could not get them to install internal checks and balances.
