Do Mormons, in general, see the seriousness of Covid-19 pandemic as fact or fiction?

I would say mostly fiction because of their voting habits.
Covid doesn't care what you think. It will still kill you.

It probably cares about you more than the church does.

The ones I know see it as fact and are acting responsibly. After all, the Prophet is treating it as fact.

It wrecked their general conference.

It ruined their glorious mormon jesus easter.

It's always perceived to be a lack of faith when people die from sickness and disease.

When people die after receiving a mormon priesthood blessing, it's not a failure, but God's will to call the deceased home.

Yeah well, the Simpson's hasn't predicted "Murder Hornets" yet so we might be okay. However have you noticed that scientists are just shrugging off the UFO tapes???, if NASA or the US Air Force produces footage of aliens turning cattle inside out. staying home a lot more than I have been, but Utah is in the moderate zone now and the people in Cache Valley still have LOW numbers and 0 deaths. Not many in stores wearing masks, BUT there are many who are obviously not active mormon who aren't wearing masks either. 59 cases so far in Cache County, 39 considered recovered, 0 deaths. And Utah is testing more than many other states. The governor is certainly taking it seriously and he is mormon.

I do wear a mask and all those I am acquainted with wear masks.
