OT: Thrift store find

Shopped at my local thrift store, and struck 'gold'.

A bought a plaque that reads: "If you can't say anything nice---come sit by me".

It is now hanging in my kitchen, to the side of my double-sink.

Can you top this? :)

My thrift store find was a cast aluminum plaque honoring Sam Walton the founder of Wal-Mart.
Never have found a magic rock there although the thrift store does have a fine selection of hats.

In a Utah DI several years ago we found a very nice wooden wine rack. when we checked out, the two clerks commented that nobody on the staff knew what it was.

I can though... I am lying in bed thinking of breakfast.

I do have a sign that says - and used to have a bracelet that said - The Mountains Are Calling And I Must Go
