There's a new Comcast TV ad here in Houston that features a boxer named "The Truth". He's entering his house from the pool area with his crew, a HUGE bling with "TTTT" on it around his neck and everything he says receives a shout out from his crew of "That's The Truth, Truth!" (thus, the TTTT bling). Anyway, everyone is black except a white gentleman's gentleman and at the end of the commercial a mini-The Truth up and punches the white gentleman in the groin. WTF? Call my frickin' congressman! Us over-50 white guys are bein' discriminated agains and stereotyped.

Any advert that encourages violence is definitely NOT cool.

Unless the Butler pulled a Glock 9mm out and shot the kid. That might compensate, somewhat for kid on old guy violence.

have to run it by a data base of song lyrics, right, and political rhetoric as well- to see if its a statement or a joke.
TTTT does that stand for um like if you say it fast, a breast?
or is it like the black version of kkk (like mmkay might be an abbreviation or joke parody of kkk coming from someone who is white) so is TTTT a parody?

what connotation does it have? how did they pronounce it?

(might be spelled differently or rhyme differently with media which would be the point- its either a statement or a parody, related to something else of TV, song lyrics, movie characters, a genre, another fighter's name, a comic strip, or, a polititian. And then, there's always sex. They could be referring to sex. or something like that. if it was WAY great it would do both at the same time (then people would remember it)

I see it in movies and on TV, but also in my everyday life and with my own family members. Call me overly sensitive too, but that's how I see it and I see it as unfair and pathetic.

It's never acceptable to abuse someone simply because of the color of their skin and the fact that they are age 40 or above.
