Is this still a calling?

A retired gal I know had the task of perusing records, looking for names to submit for dead-dunking.

I think they stopped about the same time the phone company stopped putting out their directories. Which was probably good since somebody who was really tired started submitting names from the yellow pages instead of the white. Which means, Sam's Tires, Joe's Plumbing, and Rita's Dress Shop are all going to the Celestial Kingdom!
