I also wanted to remind everyone that the hotel is going to have two whole floors blocked out this year for some major room renovations. We still have the same number of rooms blocked for our use, but that block only goes until September 26, and because of the smaller total number of rooms available in the hotel, there is a good chance that there will be nothing available after that - just won't know until then. I would suggest that you make your reservations just as early as possible. Remember: you don't have to pay anything until you get there. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to write to me.
