      It wasn't until my call to the Mexican Mission and the two years in-country that soon followed that I became somewhat aware of who I was supposed to be.  But "becoming a man" doesn't mean you lose all of the boy who existed beforehand.  But I can do a somewhat accurate impersonation of a Spanish-speaking brown person...

      Finally, I've come to believe that Judic West is just me - if I were fabulously wealthy and had an unlimited supply of water balloons to throw at Gladys Lot!

      I took the noble, superior, even haughty being we all believe we have inside us, knocked him down a few pegs, unleashed his libido, gave him a perm, extended his curfew to 4:00am, put him on a diet, signed him up at the gym, gave him soap and hair spray and told him to be a good person.

      So far, it's not working out, but one can always hope.

I'm ashamed to admit that after a while, I actually Googled the name just in case. I knew you and LW were probably up to no good as usual, but I wasn't sure. There are people out there weirder than Judic who are real after all.

      A few years ago, I Googled Judic West, and finally, around page 15, I started seeing links to posts here on RfM.

      I tried it yesterday and just now, and I now must conclude that Google just isn't what it used to be.  I remember seeing a lineup of page numbers at the bottom of the first page of the search results, and it was way into double digits, and you could skip along; you weren't forced to go chronologically.

      But now there is no listing of page numbers that you can jump to, and I only had to 'page down' about nine times before Google told me, "That's it, that's all there is!"

      So, BOO!! to Google, the rat bastards!
