Young Single Adults New Year's Eve Conference in North Italy

I've just been invited via facebook to a three days conference which will take place in a town near Venice.
YSA will be given a test on domestic economy, history of the church, sports and general knowledge.
The points they get will be "converted" into fake money.
After that boys will be hidden under a veil with - I think - a little note saying what was their score, so that girls can "buy" them.

For example:
My score is 40. Then I read on the veil that someone got 40 too. I "buy" him to know who he is.

The couples will then spend the rest of the conference together.

I can't remember the rest of the activities and honestly I don't want to check them out.

The creators of the event wrote: "It's gonna be amazing! We'll have the chance to know us better!"

I didn't know "conference" was a synonym for "Let's plan your wedding". It's creepy and disgusting.

But it's neat that the guys will be like Muslim women and wear veils. Now that's an interesting mental picture, LOL.
