Just FYI, as I understand it the FLDS do not have endowment-type ceremonies with the concomitant holy underwear.

I think the FLDS do wear garmies. I can't find a reliable source online to direct you to at the moment to confirm though.

No way are they more lax than regular Mormons in anything else so no doubt they're all wearing at least two if not three layers of clothing of some sort or another most of the time.
