What is your basis for saying that, GNPE?
As far as I can tell Hawaii doesn't report that data. The closest the public reports allow one to get is the percentage of a state's total population that is divorced, and by that measure Utah does better than Hawaii: 0.08% versus 0.07%.
Yet if Utah has a higher proportion of young people relative to old, as might make sense given the church's emphasis on reproduction, perhaps Utah's figure is deceptively positive. In either case, though, any difference would probably be slight.
In short, I don't think the available information supports a conclusion either way.
