A suite of private hot tub rooms…

A place where horny students, staff, and faculty can chill out with a friend for ~ 50 minutes at a time, say about $35 ?

The real money maker will be those who photograph the vehicles of those visiting - and offer the prints for a good price instead of mailing them to Spouses, bosses and The Honor Code Office.

Basing this on Boyd KKK's idea, one could set up the hot tub rooms, set fire to the place while a lot of people were there, take photographs of everybody walking out, and then blackmailing the people in those photographs, particularly religious Mormon males with lots of money, could net you quite a bit; that is, if you aren't caught.

The late country singer, Tex Williams, sang about a similar situation in 1971. The song was called "The Night Miss Nancy Ann's Hotel for Single Girls Burned Down." Enjoy!

There is already one in Salt Lake…39th South and State. Personally, I wouldn’t go anywhere NEAR that water!
