Complaints about therapists should be addressed to the state licensing board where the therapist practices. I doubt the article would be actionable, as it is an article rather than a violation of legal or ethical rules with a client. Therapists are allowed to publish their opinions and to appear stupid and overbearing. Hopefully, some of his peers will clue him in.

The author of the article should be really embarassed. I would never show my face again in public. What if he is ever to get work outside of Utah, NOT!!!!!!!
and the severe eternal consequences of viewing pornography, I don't think this priesthood holder goes nearly far enough. He should require said prospective son-in-law to take a polygraph and if the results are not entirely conclusive, then a session or two of waterboarding. After all, according to the two Mormon psychologists who helped develop "enhanced interrogation techniques," waterboarding is not torture and has no lasting effects. What young man wouldn't be willing to experience the sensation of drowning (think of it as an "enhanced baptism") in order to secure Daddy's blessing and enter into eternal marital bliss with his precious daughter?
