I was just going through some old papers and came across some notes I wrote about trying to get some old transcript info from BYU about a year ago. Many years ago they used to have a "clothing and textiles" department of study at BYU. My major, 'fashion merchandising' was a part of that department. I was trying to get some information about a course I taken as part of my major. I was passed along to few different people and very plainly told them what I was trying to find out. After repeating my story a number of times I began to get exasperated until I thought I had finally found someone who would be able to help me. She switched me one last time and the next voice I heard on the other end of the phone said, "laundry".
