Hmmmmm. Looks like they forgot 13, 14, and 15.

13. When you are answering the question they SHOULD have asked.

14. When it is not a convenient truth.

15. When you need to lie for the Lord.

Looks like Packer is going to need to have a discussion with this lady.

Well, lying is giving wrong information. As simple as that.
It could be the appropriate thing if it will save your life, for example.
