If the church is twoo, then apologists are looking for evidence that God is either too lazy to uncover, or doesn't want to uncover.

So what is the point of the apologists, if the church really was true? God could easily reveal evidence for the BOM by having farmers stumble upon artifacts and flood the earth with discoveries that prove the BOM to be what it claims to be. But god doesn't do that.

Why? Because god wants these things to be taken on faith for us to pass our earthly test?

Then why have apolgists who try to muddle that up with "facts" and writings?

If we are supposed to take this on faith alone, then why the paid defensiveness?

Of course I know the real answer to that; apologists are REALLY just there to dangle the carrot of "plausibility" in front of doubters. But looking at it from the perspective that the church is true, I thought it was an interesting question.

They are doing man's work, specifically, the work of the GAs, especially the president of the church. They are following human instructions and guidelines, and enriching those at the top.

Since neither one exists, I'd say none of the above.

The sun will rise, even if no one stands up and says so. Twooth is self evident and self proclaiming.

That depends on how you understand God and Satan.

If God is a sneaky, lying, cheating, deceiptful, dispicable egomaniac, then mormon apologists are doing God's work.

However, if God is immutable, unchanging, all knowing, omnipresent spirit, creator of heaven and earth, having created the seen from the unseen, who loves humans and desires to know them, if that, then mormon apologists are doing Satan's work.

Mormon apologists, virtually all of them, will distort and deceive at every opprtunity.

Conclusion: Mormon apologists are a tool of Satan.
