(00:20) "we received an ASSIGNMENT from church headquarters to go help"

these members paid out of their own pockets and time and money to do the help that the church ASSIGNED them to do.

the church makes its members pay for EVERYTHING. the members pay tithing and are encouraged to pay generous offerings, and then asked to pay themselves when *assigned* to help other people, instead of using these funds they originally paid for this very purpose. i dont understand how people cant see that this is a corporation pretending to be a church... holding back as much money as possible just to show a better bottom line in their financial records.

you can also look at how now the members have to use their time and energy to clean church buildings, scrubbing toilets, etc. they had paid janitors before, members, who had that as their employment and source of income, but the church has fired all of them now, except for the ones who clean the church office building (COB) where the apostles and the prophet work. hypocrites!

members, would you rather have the church pay to clean your church building or would you rather use your own time to do that?

(02:09) "i see the church as an organization that doesnt look at who you are and what you belong to, but 'what do you need and how can we serve'?"

total bull$hit, as per that article about the floods in haiti:
http://www.aolnews.com/world/article/no-sanctuary-at-leogane-haiti-mormon-church-during-hurricane-tomas/19706704

(02:18) "a church that would profess to follow chri$t, to me, should demonstrate that it not only hears what chri$t says, but it does what he says"

exactly.
