Why Didn't I Ask department...

When I was in the MTC...(pre-Provo, of course)... they told us about where in the D&C it says (para) 'of tenets thou shalt not speak'...

How in the H were mishs supposed to 'preach the gospel'... without speaking of tenets (doctrine)???

Makes No Sense!
