Funny, I don't see any instruction, guidance, helpful hints, etc that would allow the people to know when any priesthood holder is speaking "as a man".....

They were speaking as a man when they counseled that counsel from the priesthood is the will of god, except when they're speaking as man.. err... gAAAA! (tbm head explodes)
