Yes, that is what it meant. It was from the 'Adamic' language - the most correct and undefiled language (roll of eyes) and was supposed to mean Oh God hear the words of my mouth - which is actually what they say now days in the temple, instead of the the Pay Lay Ale.
However, I am sure it came about because those were the rules as per Jesus Smith: Pay me, Lay me, and Ale me. That seemed to have been the jist of the religion.
It's how Adam and Eve would have used their ancient language to say a sentence in the temple ritual.
After the temple in Hawaii opened, I think they changed this to English because of inappropriate connotations read into it by those who speak the traditional Hawanian tongue.
