The Book Of Pukei

Abner Cole (1783-1835) wrote a satire of the Book of Mormon called the "Book of Pukei." I'm looking for a copy of this book if available.

The story of just where the Mormon religion came from is fascinating and could have only happened on the American frontier. Large numbers of semi-literate people had moved in to a vast, sparsely populated region without any sort of established government or state religious order as in Europe.
Just reading about how Joseph Smith, Snr could go round with divining rods searching for buried casks of gold and silver that would somehow rise to the surface during the heat of the day makes one wonder how could people could believe in a "majick" golden book which was mysteriously found buried in the ground by Joseph Jnr.
