Another Mormon bishop investigated for possible cover-up of sexual abuse

"The 13-year-old victim claims her aggressor is 30-year-old Jose Luis Ortega. The incident happened in August, but it was just reported a few days ago. “There is an allegation that she went to the bishop, however, that's something we are working on with our investigation,” he added."
