You can bet there'll be a GA or two gloating about this one in General Conference tomorrow. BYU scored the winning touchdown with just eleven seconds left in the game after--in quick succession--a BYU fumble, a failed fourth-down pass attempt by Utah State, a ninety-six yard drive by BYU, and a tipped pass right into the arms of the BYU receiver in the end zone!

I actually watched the last quarter of the game with a couple of BYU fans and, predictably, they were calling the victory "a miracle."

(And in my opinion, this is all FAR better evidence for the truth of Mormonism than anything else the church has produced to date ... LOL!)

Anyone paying attention to USU football knows there is nothing miraculous about the result of this game. The Aggies have made made it a habit of choking away games in the final minutes. They would be undefeated this season if games ended at 58:00 mins.

Yes... after three late chokes in 4 games, it's a pattern, not a miracle.

However, it's been good to at least see USU competitive with the big guys.

But much more uncommon and "miraculous" than seagulls eating crickets.
