The Church is so stupid that...

If the ghost of Joseph Smith appeared at GC and spoke directly into the camera and said "I lied, the church isn't true. I made it all up." And then if Christ appeared afterwards and said "come on you cult members, pack up and go home, this church is false."

You Would STILL have Mormon's believing the church is "true."

How fucking SAD!

Of course, because 1) no one likes the feeling that they've been duped, and 2) there will always be people who will say it was a manifestation of Satan trying to draw away the Elect.

The equation is X + Y = the Church is true, no matter what X or Y represents.
