David McCullough's The Greater Journey: Americans in Paris - surprise

I just finished this fine work of history by McCullough (love all his books) and was surprised read about Mormon Missionaries in Paris in 1890 to study art so they could paint the murals in the SL Temple.

McCullough even used the proper name for TSCC in his book. This was the only mention of Mormons in his book about Americans in Paris. Wish he'd done an addendum on Mitt Romney in Paris, LOL

Okay, I'm guessing on that one since I've never been in the Temple (and no, my friend, I'm not accepting invitations from anyone!).
