Just so you know...not ALL TBMs are the same..

I work with a TBM who is just that...very TBM. Very involved w/Scouts, and his church and whatnot.

This is the same TBM who I went golfing with and had no issues with me (in front of me, can't say what he told his church crowd) with me drinking a few beers while we were golfing..

He has a good sense of humor and can be very "light-minded" at times..

Anyway, today he brought in some candy, as many people did today..

Anyway, he tells me this candy is from Canada.

It's called Wine Candy, w/flavors like Port, Champagne, Chardonnay..

...a Mormon member can be participating in all the customary Mormon activities yet NOT be a TBM!

Would a TBM buy wine candy? I doubt it. He would more likely follow the oft-reiterated Mormon injunction to "avoid even the appearance of evil."
