For those following the Prop 8 trial...

The California Supreme Court has ruled that the supporters of Prop 8 have legal standing to defend the law in Federal Court. This means that the appeal can proceed and likely end up in the US Supreme Court.

I'd like to see this sort of interference into personal rights struck down at the highest level.

Yeah, well, with the current Supreme Court...

chances are the law will be UPHELD.

Every decision this court has made since 2000 has been in favor of the big guy over individual rights. Every. Single. One.
