I had ordered Bible study manuals for the pastor's January class and was supposed to exchange them this morning for the above letter. I found the letter in my church mail box partially sealed as well as a couple of Christmas cards from members.
I had previously turned in the key to the building the last Sunday in November, but Wally (the one whom wished to be second in charge elsewhere and was sent packing) sent a gal out to my car while I was leaving the parking lot to ask if I still had a key. I replied that did not have one. The woman then told me why she was asking (when people leave they need to turn in their keys). Me: Why, who is asking. I don't a key. She: Wally.... bla...bla.....
Unfortunately, I had had more than my fair share of Wally's crap in the past and what came out of my mouth was: "Go tell Wally to shove it up his rear end."
The gal replied, "You don't have to be rude about it!"
