Tonight's X-mo X-mas Party

Just a reminder that tonight is the X-mas Bejesus party at my house - all are invited to receive of it - er - all are invited to attend. Details on the slcpostmo facebook page - lemme know if you need further light and knowledge. The festivities will begin commencing around 8pm and go till we drop or something of that nature!

the 'shroom recipe is quite simple and yet deceptively seems complicated - just pull the stems from the shrooms and chop em up fine - fry up some jimmydean sausage - like 12 oz.. ad the shrooms stems and 8 oz o cream cheese....stir it up - stuff it in the caps and place in a baking dish - add about 1/4 inch of red wine and cover with foil...bake at 375 for like 20 min and viola! seems you are a genius in the stuffed mushroom world!
