My wife saved me from embarrassment 3 times tonight due to her keen sense of reading me.

We went to mass, and my 3 year old baby girl fell asleep. My MIL is über catholic so she passed my baby girl to me, so my MIL could stand, sit and kneel on cue, whereas I could just sit and snuggle with my baby.

Anyway, the combination of the priest's sermon, the bell choir and my baby nuzzled into me, I fell asleep 3 times.

My wife pinched me each time, just before I started to snore. And I snore so loud I need a sleep study...I probably need a c-pap or bi-pap machine.

Kudos to my wife!

That's literally why my wife no longer asks me to go to mass with her. It's too embarrassing for her when I doze off. It's just too relaxing and boring.

btw, I related to your post the other day.

c-pap is the only reason I am still in the same bedroom with my honey.

He won't even take a nap without it.

Hey - what a great idea! A CPAP machine so you can sleep quietly during church!!

If he could have done it without drawing attention, he would have :)

What if you got up to give a talk in church, and everyone put on CPAP masks.
