Need Marriage counselor recommendations!

I am in a marriage with a TBM spouse & we are really struggling. I am hoping to save my marriage, but I need to get some help! We are willing to do long distance with anyone you may know who is good & understands the dynamics of our situation.

They can give you recommendations. Check with your insurance and find out what kind of coverage and what kind of counseling is covered.

Then start interviewing people.

In the mean time, maybe you can negotiate some common ground, set some boundaries like: no ultimatums, no name calling, no throwing the D word around intermittently etc.
Also, focusing on what you have that is working maybe of some benefit. Be prepared to let go of the notion that the other person needs to change to suit you. That probably won't happen anyhow.
