In light of the fact that anyone anywhere and at any time has access to the temple endowment (and other) ceremonies via the internet, does anyone think that the entire temple ritual (all ceremonies and everything else that is done there) might be changed in order to have it be secret again? It would be a waste of time b/c it would be discovered again fast, but it is an interesting idea.
Was the secrecy about the temple seriouos enough to change it now? Or will they just go on denying it?
for former temple goers - you were told to keep it a secret by the GAs or bishop prick - how serious did they sound?
I am quite certain that the GAs believe the internet to be Satan's tool.

Since the invention of the internet, TSCC has got to be a lot more careful when changing anything. We have, in my opinion, seen the last of the major changes to Mormonism for a long time. The current leadership is resigned to being stuck with the hand it has been dealt, and making the most of it. It might downplay certain aspects, and emphasise others, but it won't be able to get away with anything on the scale of the past, and so won't bother trying.

The temple is too weird for people to accept without being put in a position where they HAVE to accept it. Either after years of brainwashing or before an important landmark like a wedding or mission farewell. If you are exposed to it without some sort of brainwashing or coercion, it's just a complete joke.
