Polygamy required for heaven?

Isn't there a reference that states that polygamy is required for people to enter the celestial kingdom? If so, where?

"Now if any of you will deny the plurality of wives, and continue to do so, I promise that you will be damned," (Journal of Discourses, vol. 3, p. 266).

Also, "The only men who become Gods, even the Sons of God, are those who enter into polygamy," (Journal of Discourses, vol. 11, p. 269).

There was a reformation in Utah in about 1856/1857 and he went a bit more nuts than usual. I think church officials from bishop on up were told they would lose their positions unless they got into polygamy.
