I'm not 100% sure (it was 22 years ago and I never went to the temple again after leaving the MTC), but I think it was Ammon. Was he the guy that ripped off people's arms in the BoM? If so, it was him.

I'm a bit surprised nobody has bothered setting up a website where apostates can post their name and the date they attended the temple. If enough people posted one might be able to (1) detect any pattern they might use and (2) create a database such that one could simply ask a TBM the date they attended the temple and possibly know their "secret" name.
