Sorry if duplicate post but, where are the garmies in...

Elizabeth Smart's Wedding photos? I just saw the pics in the People magazine and thought they were scrunched in there somewhere or it was pre-endowment, but she is an RM?

If you look closely at the shoulder, you can see what looks like a thick strap under the lace, my guess is that's lining, and the garment cap sleeve is folded up under that strap.
