When you get to her age, boob-sag happens. That can pull down your garment cleavage quite a bit. Or, she could just pull down the garments and anchor them in place with a bra. Also, if you have a generously-sized bust, you can show an astonishing amount of cleavage, if you pick the right garment tops. I used that last option myself when I was Mormon.
Of course, those are pretty unlikely. It's probably the Mormon royalty thing.

back fat is unattractive..yes I agree...but side boob?...I thought that was a turn on for some guys/girls..how ever one is oriented.
