Not just punish, He must kill. Steve Bensen's thread got me thinking about this again, when Mormon God has to get a message across or get something done, someone dies. There may be examples where someone didn't die but they are rare.

It always seems the mormon god is angry,,upset at someone and the mormon closest to you is there to tell you about it. Is the mormon god ever happy and pleased about anything?

The Mormon God can't be pleased, we haven't achieved "perfection"- which will happen on a cold day in Hell

and getting killed, or able to save a bus full of children from a train wreak , or a half a million children from starving, but choose to do nothing, I would be considered some kind of monster.

So...yeah, Monster Mormon God kills... all the time- no message needed.

Maybe it's in preparation for becoming psycopath gods themselves at some point in the hereafter? Or in preparation for all the suffering that is awaiting the mormons in the celestial kingdom?

The Mormon god isn't the only 'god' that must kill. The old testament is basically an account of Jehovah’s psycho killing spree. Man, women, children, you name it, he had ‘em killed. In droves.

I had a US History class in college and the professor went on at length how the early 19th century christian god was not the warm fuzzy "I found it!" bumper sticker god of the born-again late 20th century.

The LDS movie version of Joseph Smith and his brand of god follows the latter, not the former.

From the mormon perspective, earthly death is no big deal. It's the death of the spiritual nature that is everlasting and awful.

So the question is, does MoGawd kill people spiritually?

Yes.

According to the MoView™ ... By placing people in parts of the world where they have no chance at becoming LittleMoPeeps™ he condemns them to get an inferior chance at the MoView in spirit prison, where they don't have a body, etc.

Also, MoGawd makes a priority out of obedience instead of agency. Once upon a time this was Satan's plan. Now it has been co-opted by LDS leaders. Perfection and homogeneity are far more important than agency and independent thinking.


Lastly, MoGawd kills people spiritually by asking them to rely on faith & feelings rather than intelligence & facts. He confuses his subjects with emotions and gut-reactions rather than rational thought and logic. Their lives are susceptible to shams and cons. Their spiritual growth is hampered by kindergarten approaches to everything in life.

MoGawd gives us no choice about place or condition we're placed in and is a killer of the spirit and mind, while keeping his subjects as slaves to their feelings and loyalty.
