Wow. So, in effect, Polyg isn't illegal there.

They know it's illegal. They have proof of said illegality and the participants' intention to engage in it. Video, witness, written and otherwise. And they declined to prosecute?

'WHY' ? it's Obvious, Friend. these may or may not be LDS, but they're certainly Mormons. You see, Mormons brought back polyg to the 'Dispensation of the Fullness of Times'. Therefore, it is 'Ordained of God, for the benefit of man' <refer to LDS Rants against monogamy>
the prosecutor, God bless him, is putting God's laws ABOVE men's laws. Bravo!
