Charges include; violation of a restraining order, making threats over a telephone (idiot actually called while the investigator was at my sisters house, and she put him on speaker), fleeing and alluding (there was a car chase), giving false identification to a law enforcement officer while under arrest, possession of a firearm while under an order of protection, possession of a fire arm while on probation, resisting arrest with violence, and being a general idiot, though that last one isn't an actual charge.

BTW, he is an ex-Bishop.
