School is out for the summer which means that her 16-year old mind has time to wander. Today, she greeted me as I walked in from work with her own first lines to Primary songs that she last sang 9 years ago. Enjoy.
"The Prophet said to plant a garden- dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb."
"Follow the Prophet, follow the prophet, follow the prophet- He's a closet gay." She thinks TSM is in the closet.
"The chapel doors seem to say to me- I feel ill."
"Happy happy birthday children dear; you can celebrate but not with beer."
"I love to see the temple, I'm going there someday. To sit out on the benches, on my best friend's wedding day. Oh, the temple is the place to go when you have paid your tithing. I'll prepare myself when I am young; by not falling for your lying."
She was at her LDS friend's house this morning and her mom plays church music all day on their iHome so my daughter had her fill of Primary songs.
