I think I will be in Utah for a few days this week and the week-end. Where is a decent and not to expesive place to stay? Also looking for some good Mexican food. Any ideas? Thanks.

If you're going to Uath Valley area, there is a delicious Mexican/El Salvadorean resaurant on Freedom and 400 South. Right next to a laundry. Don't eat at Los Hermanos...it's terrible!

I don't know about places to stay, but the Red Iguana is about the best and most authentic Mexican I've found in almost the entire US.

You don't say anything about budget or where you will be in Utah. If you give us more info we can give you better advice.

Assuming you are going to be in Salt Lake: Grand America is the nicest hotel. Little America is also good. Hilton Garden Inn downtown Salt Lake is good.
