I'd like to send a neener-neener out to all my TBM acquaintences. I made reservations for New Years' Eve today at our favorite steakhouse... yes, the one with the wine list to DIE for and our own (had him for four years running) preferred guest waiter, Chad! Chad's the man.

We're going with friends we've known for years. My mouth's watering just thinking about it.

Tampa Town is the home of Burns.... i am partial to the Palm restaurants myself....I used to work at a Steak House here in Miami that had its own ageing lockers!!! OMG!!! and African Rock Lobster.... man I didnt know how good it was when i worked there.... hell i was just a teen!!! a good steak is oh so yummy!!

Best kept secret in all of the Houston metroplex. You'd never know it because it looks like a run-down icehouse from the outside.

I worked half a mile up the street from Bern's, and to be honest they are a bit overpriced and their meat isn't even aged.

In my opinion, the best steak joint in Tampa is Charley's Steakhouse.

There are so many good restaurants in Houston that I doubt I'll ever get that far out of town.

I agree: Utah is a beautiful state. And, at risk of getting clobbered, I think TX is pretty ugly. Fortunately I will be leaving in a few years.
