She has lost two children and clings to the hope (or testimony) that she will see them again in the after-life. I would never take that away from her. I believe it was Richard Packham who once told me "You can kick a crutch out from a crippled person, but why would you want to?"

and mess with the minds of anyone I can. But I think my own mom better just die Mormon. Her whole world revolves around the church and if anyone ever proved to her it was a fraud, I'm pretty sure she'd have a nervous breakdown and die soon after. She isn't annoying too many people and she's old. Some people just are beyond reach.
I agree. My in-laws are in their 80's and have no idea I have left the church. I hope to heck they never find out.Most of dh's family lives in St. George and most are active. I really don't care much what they do. But my 4 tbm kids,and 4 grandkids I would give my right are to see leave the morg. That is definately a goal for me in 2011.
