Its a Christmas themed story and I can't imagine anybody wanting to listen to Monson reading it.
All the hype about these LDS books to buy for Christmas gifts is a little overwhelming. All I can see are the dollar signs as the revenue pours into the coffers of these 'writers'.
Yes, I live in Utah. This time of year tends to set me on edge with all the Seagull Book ads and Deseret Book commercials. Religion is a big business and goes far beyond the 10% tithes required. Members feel guilty if they don't get these new items for their family so the prophet's voice can be heard.
It makes me cringe.
