If the reward for the highest number in any given month was to pick the elder or sister of your choice and with there permission you could have guilt/sin free sex!

A version of that has been tried...... Mo(ses) Berg and his cult which (I think) was called 'the children of god'.......
Rewarding converts through sex, was called 'flirty fishing'

Even at my age, I could probably be talked into a mission if this were the case. The silver medalist should get oral, while the bronze would be strictly hands only. I'm sure the area leaders would enjoy watching while enforcing the rules. Of course there would be special awards such as "hardest working" and "most inspirational" for which the prize would be a plaque and some heavy petting.
