So apparently Mo Mishies are allowed to have a FB page

I thought they would have banned them but they can keep one, so long (I assume) as it's faith promoting.

Are you surprised by this?

No...You can only tell a kid what to do to a point...If a missionary really wants one I imagine he will have one without the Missions approval. I also know parents who keep their missionaries page running while they are gone.

In the Philadelphia Mission, they were Mission approved and used for cyber-proselytizing

we had missionaries showing up a the library a couple times a week doing facebook contacting. Haven't seen too much of them lately, so maybe the program was a bust.
